How does the online service work?
Everything is conducted remotely via video call, email, and our secure file-sharing system. You share photographs, measurements, and floor plans; we do the rest. You'll receive all deliverables as high-quality digital files.
What do I need to provide?
Clear photographs of your space, approximate dimensions or a floor plan, and a short brief about your style preferences, budget, and how you use the space. We'll guide you through exactly what we need during the discovery call.
How long does a project take?
The Studio package typically takes 5–7 working days from brief approval. The Residence package takes 2–3 weeks. Portfolio timelines are agreed on a project-by-project basis.
Do you work with any budget?
Yes. We work with clients across a wide range of budgets. During the discovery call we'll establish your budget and tailor our sourcing and specifications accordingly — from high street finds to luxury specification.
Can you help with investment or rental properties?
Absolutely — this is one of our specialisms. Gurtej's property investment background means we understand what drives tenant appeal and sale value. We can advise on design decisions that maximise return.
Is there a contract or commitment required?
The discovery call is entirely free and no-obligation. Once you're happy to proceed, we issue a simple design agreement outlining scope and deliverables. Payment is staged by milestone, not upfront in full.
